Position Summary
We are currently looking for a meticulous and well-organized Administrator to support our Solar Service team with essential administrative and logistical functions. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, manage documentation and track effectively, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure that all timelines and deliverables are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating tasks and resources.
- Prepare regular status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain document control systems to ensure all project files are accurate and accessible.
- Process purchase orders and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Support and issue tracking processes.
- Perform other general administrative duties as required to support the project team.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in a project support or administrative role, preferably in (industry – e.g., construction, engineering, IT, renewables, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
- Experience with contract administration or procurement processes.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or terminology.
Working Conditions
- Remote work depending on project and company policy.
- May occasionally require travel to project sites, training facilities, or meetings.

Base Pay Range $20—$30 USDWhat We Offer
