Preschool Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be 18 or older, with 2 or more years experience in the classroom. Have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development through engaging activities and structured lesson plans.

Duties

• Create lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and developmental stages.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Foster communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• 2 years teaching in a classroom.
• Proven experience working with children in a preschool.
• Background in curriculum development, classroom management, and childhood development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• Experience in behavior management techniques and tutoring is beneficial.
