Shifts Available:

• AM: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• NOC: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rates:

• RN: $34.00 AM | $34.50 PM | $35.00 NOC

• LPN: $25.00 AM | $25.50 PM | $26.00 NOC

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments safely

• Monitor and document resident conditions

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team

• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license (required)

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
