Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager is to develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive business growth, managing campaigns, budgets, teams, and analyzing performance to align marketing efforts with company goals, often collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams. Key duties include market research, campaign execution (digital, content, paid, events), team leadership, budget management, and reporting on KPIs to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans, identify target audiences, and position products/services.

· Campaign Management: Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns, from concept to execution, across various channels (digital, social, email, paid).

· Team & Budget: Manage marketing teams or agencies, allocate resources, and control budgets.

· Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, report on ROI, and provide insights for optimization.

· Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and success.

· Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency, develop messaging, and manage public image.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

· Must be fluent in Cantonese and English (verbal and written)

· Proven experience in marketing, with strong leadership and project management skills.

· Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and relevant technologies.

· Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.

Typical Duties

· Conduct market research to find new opportunities.

· Oversee content creation, SEO, and social media.

· Manage promotional events and advertising.

· Build and nurture lead generation strategies.

· Report on campaign progress and results to leadership.
