Housekeeper - Janitorial Maintenance

Full Time / Open to Part Time & Weekend Shifts

Outdoor Retail Center Located in Westminster, CO

We are looking for positive motivated individuals to join our maintenance team. This position will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain an outdoor shopping center.

Requirements:

Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule. Applicant should have general knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance and cleaning. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and the ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform job duties.

Tasks:

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas
• Empty trash, recyclable receptacles and ashtrays
• Transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment
• Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors
• Wash store front windows and doors
• Report any needed repairs immediately to Maintenance
• Check entire property for spills or water to clean up immediately
• Clean kiosk carts
• Set up, arrange, and remove any decorations, tables and chairs to prepare facilities for event
• Parking lot detail/assist with snow removal as needed
• Operates machinery and equipment as needed
• Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals
• Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and State Health Department
• Other tasks as assigned

Work Environment:

Exposed to outdoor environment with excessive heat and cold, physical labor, and standing for long periods of time.
