As a Behavioral Consultant, you will perform a variety of direct care and supervisory duties, including perform client assessments, observe the client to identify target behaviors. Collaborating with clients (ages 2-21), their families, and other service providers, you will develop the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) focused on identifying and highlighting child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths as well as opportunities for improvement thro ugh continued development and review of preference assessments, reinforcement, and other rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by a licensed psychologi st or psychiatrist and in alignment with the ITP. Other pay rates apply for training, travel, and administrative time. This information will be shared during phone screen/interviews. Professional Counselor (LPC) Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP) Or professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services BCaBA Certification or other Bachelors level certification; Minimum of one (1) year full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of twelve (12) credits in ABA; Minimum of one (1) year of full time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other Masters level certification in BA and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA; PA License as a Psychologist and have a minimum of one (1) year full time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours training related to ABA Full Time Employees: up to 10 Paid holidays* Medical, Dental, Vision benefit plan options Training, Development and Continuing Education Credits for licensure requirements Free licensure supervision ~ Employee Assistance program ~ Perks @ Clarvida - national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment ~ Mileage reimbursement ~ Clarvida is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
