About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Business Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who loves accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in ensuring employees and vendors are paid correctly. You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing and oversee our accounts payable cycle—all while supporting a smooth, compliant financial operation.

What You'll Do

Payroll

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records, deductions, timekeeping data, PTO balances, and new hire payroll setup
  • Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and clarity
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for Finance and HR
  • Assist with year-end tasks such as W-2s and audit requests

Accounts Payable

  • Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with accuracy
