Asphalt Sealcoat Technician

Ox Asphalt is hiring an Asphalt Sealcoat Technician to join our field crew and help deliver top-tier asphalt maintenance services to residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and more across Indianapolis.

Worked in asphalt, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on jobs? Great, we'll put that experience to work. If not? No problem. We'll train you from the ground up if you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Prep surfaces for sealcoating (cleaning, edging, and crack-filling).
• Apply sealcoat using spray systems and brushes.
• Set up cones, tape, and signage to keep job sites safe.
• Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working order.
• Load/unload trucks and assist the crew with all phases of the job.
• Take pride in the work, because you'll see it all over the city.

What We're Looking For:

• No experience? That's fine, bring the work ethic and we'll train you.
• Experience in asphalt, landscaping, construction, or similar? Even better.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in heat, lifting 50+ lbs, and staying on your feet.
• Dependable and ready to work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Team-first mindset with pride in doing quality work.
