Commerical Loan Closer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Commercial Loan Closer to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing commercial and consumer loan documentation, while ensuring compliance with all internal policies, as well as state and federal banking regulations.  You'll play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to internal teams, external partners, and clients throughout the loan process.

• Prepare and review loan documents in alignment with approved loan terms and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all pre-closing documentation and compliance conditions have been received and satisfied, accurately balance loan expenses and fees with the title company to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Onboard closed loans to the servicing system; disburse funds and manage construction draw requests.
• Maintain and organize both consumer and commercial loan files accurately in our digital imaging system.
• Proactively identify and track outstanding items to ensure each file is complete and perfected.
• Contribute to process improvements, support team initiatives, and take on special projects or additional duties
