Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a mechanical engineer. The role involves designing and analyzing mechanical systems, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, conducting research and development to innovate solutions, and managing projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. The mechanical engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design methods
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for drafting and modeling
• Knowledge and application of Project Management and planning methodologies
• Research and Development (R&D) capabilities to innovate and improve mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
• Relevant certifications and experience in related engineering disciplines are a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site
