We are seeking a customer-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Your primary role will be to provide product and service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads and upsell services
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build trust and rapport with customers through open, interactive communication
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and resources
- Meet team and individual performance goals
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
- Participate in rotation for after-hours on-call coverage
Skills & Requirements:
- ServiceTitan experience required
- Bilingual a plus
- Home Services knowledge needed
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals
Open Centralized Positions for Remote Work, Lives in Texas or Oklahoma:
M-Thurs 8am-7pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)
M-Thurs 11am-9pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)
Thurs-Sunday 8am-7pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)
Thurs-Sunday 11am-pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)
Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
