We are seeking a customer-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Your primary role will be to provide product and service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads and upsell services
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through open, interactive communication
  • Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and resources
  • Meet team and individual performance goals
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
  • Participate in rotation for after-hours on-call coverage

Skills & Requirements:

  • ServiceTitan experience required
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Home Services knowledge needed
  • Proven customer support or client service experience
  • Strong phone presence and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals

Open Centralized Positions for Remote Work, Lives in Texas or Oklahoma:

M-Thurs 8am-7pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)

M-Thurs 11am-9pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)

Thurs-Sunday 8am-7pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)

Thurs-Sunday 11am-pm (4 days, 10 hour shifts)

Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
