Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient workflow in a restaurant environment.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and provide guidance

• Stock and organize inventory to maintain optimal par levels

• Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and training of new employees

• Manage employee schedules

• Assist with store management duties as needed

• Ensure customer service excellence

Skills:

• Previous experience in restaurants

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively

• Proficiency in interviewing and training new hires

• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management

• Experience as an Supervisor/Assistant Manager is a plus
