Join Our Team as a Dental Front Office Assistant

Are you organized, friendly, and ready to be the first smile patients see when they walk in? Our growing dental practice is looking for a Dental Front Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.

If you're a multitasker with strong administrative skills — and you enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for — this could be the perfect role for you

What You'll Do

As the heartbeat of our dental front desk, you will:

  • Greet patients warmly and manage smooth check-in/check-out experiences
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments using CurveHero
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims using tools such as PPO Eligibility software
  • Collect payments, assist with billing, and support basic dental coding and documentation
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date dental records in our practice management system
  • Answer multi-line phones with professional, friendly customer service
  • Assist patients with forms, health updates, and HIPAA-compliant information management
  • Help with insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and benefit breakdowns
  • Perform daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and keeping the front desk organized
  • Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentist to support treatment planning and documentation

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience working in a dental office (front desk or administrative roles highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with CurveHero, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance processes, and benefit coordination
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
  • A polished, friendly phone presence and excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual abilities (a big plus)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and proper handling of patient information
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience in a dental setting

Why You'll Love Working With Us

You'll join a supportive, patient-centered dental team where compassion, teamwork, and professionalism matter. This is your chance to grow in a dynamic practice and play a key role in ensuring every patient has a great experience — from the moment they walk through the door.

If you're ready to make an impact and be part of a dental office that truly values its team, we'd love to meet you
