- Assist patients with forms, health updates, and HIPAA-compliant information management
- Help with insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and benefit breakdowns
- Perform daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and keeping the front desk organized
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentist to support treatment planning and documentation
What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience working in a dental office (front desk or administrative roles highly preferred)
- Proficiency with CurveHero, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance processes, and benefit coordination
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
- A polished, friendly phone presence and excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities (a big plus)
- Familiarity with HIPAA and proper handling of patient information
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience in a dental setting
Why You'll Love Working With Us
You'll join a supportive, patient-centered dental team where compassion, teamwork, and professionalism matter. This is your chance to grow in a dynamic practice and play a key role in ensuring every patient has a great experience — from the moment they walk through the door.
