Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Cape Cod, MA
Position Overview: Driscoll Electric, a high-end residential electrical contracting company with a dedicated Cape Cod office, is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple residential electrical projects to ensure top-tier service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability. We are looking for a leader who combines technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and administrative duties for multiple residential projects.
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with electrical plans, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Communicate project scope, milestones, and best practices effectively with site crews and subcontractors.
- Obtain required permits, arrange inspections, and ensure all projects meet local regulatory standards.
- Manage scope changes, including the preparation of change requests and change orders in Sage 300 Project Management.
- Track lighting packages and ensure timely, accurate ordering and distribution of project-specific materials.
- Handle project submittals, closeout documentation, and maintain comprehensive project records.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with general contractors, employees, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure appropriate staffing levels and balanced workloads across projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Massachusetts Electrical License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team of apprentice and licensed electricians in a residential electrical setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in service management and dispatch software (preferably Sage/Service Operations and Tech Tool)
- Strong understanding of residential electrical concepts, NFPA codes, life safety codes, uniform building codes, and lighting systems.
- Proven ability to interpret electrical plans, codes, and regulatory standards accurately and effectively.
- Experience with local permitting processes and municipal electrical requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfort with phone and email communication to coordinate with clients, vendors, and crews.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90, $110,000.00 per year
