Breakfast Attendant/Housekeeping

Overview:

We are seeking outgoing, personable, reliable and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant who will also pitch in as a Room Attendant to join our team at our new Wingate/Hawthorn Suites Kingman, AZ . As a Breakfast Attendant, you will set the tone for our guests entire day by not only providing an excellent meal - but also giving them "service with a smile" Once breakfast is over, you may also play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, all common areas of the hotel, as well as responding to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner. Primary Duties:
- Prepare, serve, replenish and clean up after our complimentary hot breakfast is complete.

• Interact with every guest who joins us for breakfast and inquire about their stay and how satisfied they are with their accommodations.

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing/freshening guest bathrooms

• Replenish proper amenities such as towels, toiletries, and bed linens

• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet guests with a smile

• Follow established procedures for all duties, including handling lost and found items

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Collaborate with housekeeping leadership to ensure efficient operations

• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hotel breakfast attendant is a plus

• Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper is a plus but we are willing to train the right people

• Professionalism with speed and attention to detail

• Must be willing and able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
