Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Team Members. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for food service and hospitality, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and bussing tables
• Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate timely service
• Support banquet operations by preparing dishes for large events as needed
• Participate in inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary
• Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for all food items served

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and equipment usage
• Experience in culinary roles or hospitality settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
