Our Distribution Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Distribution Center Associates. This role is integral to our supply chain and logistics operations, involving a range of tasks to ensure efficient product flow. You will contribute to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, playing a key part in our commitment to timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, manual lifts).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain processes.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
