We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Worker at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position is critical to our logistics and distribution process, involving the handling of goods from receiving to shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring products are stored correctly, and assisting in the efficient movement of materials. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and record incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
- Pick items for outgoing shipments according to orders.
- Pack products securely and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, and report any hazards.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
