Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient processing of orders and ensure timely dispatch. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the warehouse operation, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. This role is vital to our company's success, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and communication are key. Our commitment to safety means that all associates are trained on proper procedures and are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a physically demanding role that requires a good level of fitness and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities include:
  • Receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and stocking items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Picking customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Packing items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Preparing shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent stock rotation and cycle counting.
  • Operating warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
  • Adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics operations.
This role requires significant physical exertion, including constant standing, walking, bending, and lifting. You will be expected to handle lifting of up to 50 pounds consistently. A proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of warehouse operations are highly valued.
