Responsibilities:
- Assist with the unloading and receiving of incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Perform physical inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support various aspects of the warehouse logistics process as directed.
High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and be active for the entire shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within logistics operations. Good communication skills. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
