We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our Grand Rapids, Michigan team. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, which is vital for our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing stock adjustments, maintaining organized storage, and ensuring data accuracy in our inventory management system. You will collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success. We provide all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and expect strict adherence to safety procedures. While this role focuses on accuracy and data, it requires time spent on the warehouse floor, so awareness of safety protocols and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be necessary.
