Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking incoming inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will be a key player in our logistics chain, ensuring that products move smoothly from our facility to our customers. This role demands physical capability, as you will be involved in Lifting items, often repetitively, and standing for extended periods. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the correct utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. You will work in a dynamic environment, often collaborating with team members to meet daily targets. Experience with warehouse equipment and a good understanding of inventory management are advantageous. We are committed to fostering a positive and safe work culture. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and using PPE.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Strong commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
