Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking items off the shelves to packing them securely for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence are vital to our logistics network and overall customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. - Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack merchandise using appropriate materials to ensure it arrives safely to the customer.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items and ensure order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is highly desirable. Must be capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to upholding safety standards and best practices. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. Excellent team player with good communication skills.
