Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable and engaging role in Fort Worth, Texas? We are hiring skilled operators to manage the movement of goods within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. This position is vital for maintaining the flow of inventory, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks, and safely transporting materials throughout the warehouse. You will be operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, so a valid certification or proven experience is required. Safety is our top priority, and all operators are expected to adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations. This includes conducting pre-operational checks on equipment, maintaining safe operating speeds, and being constantly aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents. We provide ongoing training to ensure our team is up-to-date on the latest safety practices and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required. This role is central to our logistics operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain.
