Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our large-scale logistics operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your efficiency and accuracy directly contribute to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high service standards. You will work within a dynamic and structured warehouse environment, utilizing various equipment and systems to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
  • Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently (certification required).
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all Safety regulations.
  • Mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
  • Load outbound trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
  • Support overall warehouse logistics and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate forklifts and other relevant machinery safely.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Unwavering commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
