We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our operations in San Jose, California. This role is essential for the seamless functioning of our logistics and distribution network. You will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A strong commitment to Safety, adherence to company procedures, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting, are crucial. We seek individuals who are reliable, efficient, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to utilize appropriate PPE and follow all Safety protocols diligently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and audits.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform regular Lifting of items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Support overall Logistics operations and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse worker role.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent Lifting.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong understanding of Logistics principles and warehouse flow.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to Safety regulations.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
