Join our busy warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker in sunny Tampa, Florida! We need dedicated individuals to support our daily logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a commitment to accuracy. You’ll be an essential part of our supply chain, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions carefully, and prioritize safety is key. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and a willingness to perform tasks involving significant lifting are expected. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Sort and place items onto shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas.
- Retrieve items from shelves based on customer orders or production needs.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and dollies.
- Contribute to efficient logistics by performing tasks diligently.
- Demonstrate capacity for regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Adherence to safety rules and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial.
