Job Summary:
We are hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory, which directly impacts our logistics and distribution operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to ensure data integrity. A strong commitment to Safety, including adherence to all protocols and proper use of PPE, is mandatory. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Your responsibilities will include tracking stock movement, reconciling discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements within the warehouse. This position requires the ability to perform occasional Lifting and other physical tasks related to inventory management. Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cycle counts and regular physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and errors.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper organization and storage of all inventory items.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE diligently.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency in WMS and other inventory tracking software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to handle occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
