Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is integral to our logistics network, involving the handling, storing, and movement of goods within our distribution center. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, from receiving and stocking to picking and preparing orders for shipment. We emphasize a safe and productive work environment, offering opportunities for development within the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, verify, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
  • Pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
  • Stage outgoing orders for delivery and assist with loading trucks.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and audits.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain goals of the facility.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic math skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
