We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring product quality and order completeness. Your duties will include using a RF scanner to locate and retrieve items, bringing picked goods to the consolidation area, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work at a steady pace, and committed to Safety. Adherence to all company Safety guidelines and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires physical stamina and involves frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or Logistics setting is a plus.
