Summary:
The Solution Architect – HR Business Applications is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end‑to‑end enterprise HR technology solutions across Infor HCM, Infor WFM, Birst Analytics, and Payroll platforms such as ADP and Tress. The role supports HR, Payroll, IT, and other enterprise functions with scalable architectural designs and strong integration frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the architectural roadmap for HR business applications.
Lead solution design using Infor HCM, WFM, Birst, IPA, BPM, and payroll systems.
Develop and maintain integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL, events).
Guide HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and analytics.
Act as SME for Infor HCM/WFM and support lifecycle management and optimization.
Enhance data governance and reporting through Birst analytics.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
Provides guidance and leadership to 3rd party/vendor work in HCM.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred.
5+ years hands‑on experience with Infor HCM.
3+ years experience with Infor WFM.
Experience with Birst reporting and dashboard development.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems: ADP, Tress, and others.
Proven integration experience with APIs, ION, file‑based transfers.
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Infor HCM or WFM.
Experience in cloud migrations or global workforce solutions.
Familiarity with identity management, ERP platforms, and service management tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred
