Engage with customers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure and demonstrate compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Masters degree a plus).
Demonstrated experience testing Display-type LRUs within aerospace or defense applications.
Proven ability to write and update ATP and Qualification test procedures.
Experience coordinating and running qualification testing at external test labs (e.g., NTS, Element) is highly preferred.
Familiar with industry standards and regulations (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100).
Solid grasp of test methodologies and test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, environmental chambers, etc.).
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C/C++) and test automation tools/frameworks.
Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience in the defense and aerospace industry is highly desirable.
