This role offers a basic salary of £22,000 , alongside the potential to earn significant commission , giving you the opportunity to exceed our on‑target earnings of £45,000 . We also believe in delivering genuine work‑life balance . You will work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts , including most Saturdays — our busiest sales day — with a guaranteed day off during the week . We are closed every Sunday , giving you a consistent day to unwind, recharge, and enjoy time away from work.
