Are you an outgoing, dynamic, and forward thinker with a passion for people and building relationships? We are looking for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract Sales Executive to join our market leading Field Sales team to cover the Croydon territory. You will execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, supporting the growth of our market share and enabling customers to shop our full portfolio daily. This opportunity offers a supportive team environment with independence to use your own initiative and build long-lasting relationships both internally and externally. The starting basic salary is between
£27,000 to £30,000
(based on experience), plus a
£4,000 London weighting allowance
on top of basic pay. The role includes 3 different bonuses: yearly performance bonus, company car, and other benefits. What You’ll Be Doing
No Cold Calling – You will work with Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across your territories and with major retail stores. Identifying Gaps in The Market – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in the market and in retailers to win in store. Driving Sales – Bring in your own initiatives to drive sales and availability of our products. Building Customer Relationships – Manage and influence the customer relationship at a store level every day, working collaboratively to make a difference. We’re Looking for Someone With
The ability to excel at working both independently (the role is home based) and in a team. Good energy, motivation, and a desire to win. Passion and desire to learn (suitable for a recent graduate or early careers professional). Some experience within a sales environment or similar role. A full UK driver’s license. What’s Next
