We’re working with a growing organisation based in Doncaster that’s looking to add a talented Front End Developer to its development team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office, offering flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration.
This opportunity would suit a developer who enjoys building modern, user-focused web applications and wants to work in an environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.
The Role As a Front End Developer, you’ll play a key part in developing and enhancing customer-facing platforms and internal systems. You’ll work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver clean, scalable, and engaging user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive, high-quality front-end solutions
Convert UI/UX designs into well-structured, reusable code
Work with modern JavaScript frameworks to build intuitive interfaces
Integrate with APIs and back-end services
Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
Experience using Git and working in collaborative environments
Ability to write clean, maintainable code
Desirable Experience
TypeScript
Modern CSS frameworks or preprocessors (Sass, Tailwind, etc.)
Testing frameworks and performance optimisation
Agile / Scrum methodologies
