**Application Process**
If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment designed to measure your potential for success, such as your ability to learn and solve problems. Should you be successful – you’ll move on to a short telephone interview, and the final stage will be an **in-person assessment centre**, where you’ll participate in a variety of activities, including a group exercise, a role-specific task, and a skills-based interview. This will take place W/C 02nd March at our Head office in Stratford Upon Avon.

**Working hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
**Salary:** £24,500 per annum
**Entry requirements**: To support your success on the scheme, we’re ideally looking for candidates with at least four GCSEs at grade 5/C or above, including English and Maths. At least 2 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification ideally in IT related subjects - but we welcome applications from individuals with alternative experiences or pathways. **Start date:** You’ll join as a cohort on the 5th MayAt NFU Mutual, our IT division plays a crucial role in driving the success of our business.
