We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Social Media Coordinator with extensive experience in luxury marketing, high-end content creation, and advanced social media strategy within the aesthetics industry.

Position Overview:

This hybrid role is ideal for a DMV-based candidate who can work remotely while being available to come into our Fairfax and/or McLean offices 1–2 days per week to create premium content and collaborate closely with our Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate understands how to market to a high-net-worth, design-conscious audience, has a strong creative eye, and leverages modern technologies and AI tools to drive reach, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sophisticated social media strategy aligned with a luxury aesthetics brand
• Create high-quality, visually elevated content including Reels, short-form video, Stories, photography, and curated posts
• Capture in-office content featuring treatments, providers, before-and-after visuals, and lifestyle branding
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to align content with campaigns, launches, memberships, and promotions
• Write refined, on-brand captions that resonate with an affluent audience while maintaining medical credibility
• Utilize AI-powered tools and modern social technologies for content ideation, editing, optimization, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversions
• Optimize content strategy based on analytics, trends, and audience behavior
• Stay current on luxury marketing trends, platform updates, and aesthetics industry best practices
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms while ensuring HIPAA awareness and compliance

Requirements:

• Must be located in the DMV area and able to commute to Fairfax and McLean, VA
• Minimum of 4 years of social media experience within the medical aesthetics or luxury beauty industry
• Demonstrated experience creating high-end, polished content for premium brands
• Strong understanding of how to market to affluent and high-net-worth audiences
• Extensive experience using advanced social media, marketing, and AI tools for content creation, posting, targeting, and analytics
• Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of social media work, including detailed performance analytics and results
• Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent written communication with a refined, luxury tone
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time hours with flexible scheduling
• Hybrid role with 1–2 in-office days per week
