About Kid Zone

Kid Zone is a busy indoor kids' play and party center built for families with children ages 0–12. We focus on safety, cleanliness, great guest experience, and smooth operations. This location opens February 2026, and we're hiring a manager who can own the day-to-day from day one.

The Role

You will run the location like it's yours. You're responsible for staff, guests, schedules, parties, cleanliness, and hitting revenue goals. This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor, not behind a desk all day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and facility standards
• Manage birthday parties and special events
• Handle guest issues calmly and professionally
• Track daily sales, labor, and basic KPIs
• Control costs and improve efficiency
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently
• Communicate regularly with ownership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar)
• Strong leadership and accountability
• Comfortable managing teens and young adults
• Calm under pressure and good with parents
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Willing to work weekends and peak hours
• Experience with kids' activities or family businesses is a plus

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $40,000–$60,000, depending on experience

Schedule Expectations
