About Miss Molly's Cafe
At Miss Molly's Cafe, we believe baking is about more than speed, volume, or cutting corners. It's about care, craft, and community — and showing up every day to make something you're genuinely proud of.
Our pastry team produces small-batch, from-scratch baked goods using premium ingredients and classic techniques in a calm, organized kitchen. Quality, consistency, and teamwork come first.
Position Overview
We're seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef with a solid foundation in professional baking to support daily production. This is a hands-on role best suited to someone who already understands the basics and is ready to work within established systems while continuing to refine their craft.
Key Responsibilities

- Follow established recipes, prep lists, and production standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Assist with labeling, packaging, and bakery organization
- Communicate clearly with the pastry and cafe teams
