Construction Worker

Post Construction is seeking reliable and motivated General Construction laborer to join our growing team in the Michiana area. We work on a wide range of residential projects, including homes, barns, decks, siding, trim work, and general construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with some construction experience who is eager to learn and grow their skills at the same time.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Residential and construction projects including

• Trim and Finish work

• Siding and exterior work

• Deck Construction and repairs

• Framing and General Carpentry

• Work on houses, Barns, and Related Structures

• Follow project plans + Directions from supervisors

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

• Some Construction experience Required ( entry-level to advanced)

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work outdoors in various Weather Conditions

• Ability to lift Materials and perform physical labor

• Reliable Transportation to job sites in Michiana area
