Welcome to autoLOTO: Revolutionizing Workplace Safety Through Innovative Technology

autoLOTO is a pioneering technology company on a mission to transform workplace safety for electricians. We're not just building software -- we're creating a digital solution that prevents injuries, saves lives, and makes complex electrical work dramatically safer and more efficient.

The software is a Lockout/Tagout tool that utilizes the versatility of a Mobile App to reference a Digital One-Line Diagram which helps electricians determine correct isolation points and Zero Voltage tests. Additionally, we provide industry-leading insight, consultation, and quality assurance that enables our customers to remain at the forefront of occupational safety and best practices.

Our Origin Story

Born from real-world frustrations with outdated safety processes, autoLOTO emerged after witnessing too many near-miss incidents and dangerous workplace scenarios. We saw electricians struggling with complex electrical one-line drawings, cumbersome logbooks, and error-prone tracking methods. Our founders knew there had to be a better way to protect workers while making their jobs easier.

What Sets Us Apart

What sets us apart is that we're not just another software company—we're building technology that directly protects people's lives. Our Client Managers don't just support a product; they become trusted safety partners to construction teams working in high-stakes environments. Unlike purely digital products, our work has immediate, physical impact on real worksites every single day.

Our software is used in the real world, on real client sites, helping real people do their jobs better every day. Safety is at the core of our technology, aiming to prevent injuries and, in some cases, save lives. Not only do we improve client safety, but we also make their work more efficient. It's deeply rewarding to see your code come to life in practical, tangible ways.

Here are a few ways our software makes a real difference in our clients' day-to-day operations:

  • Our Digital Twin technology (protected by multiple active patents) allows clients to better understand and manage their worksites
  • Power flow is mapped throughout the entire worksite, allowing complex computations that used to take days, happen in under a minute
  • Lockout/Tag Out (LOTO) events are 100% compliant, achieving both safety and efficiency gains
  • We've already prevented over 80 real-world incidents that could have resulted in death, equipment failure, or both
  • Veteran owned (over 65% of our team are veterans)

We're not just reducing risk -- we're fundamentally reimagining workplace safety technology. While we began with electrical systems, we're rapidly expanding our solutions to cover Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in large-scale industrial environments.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Client Manager to serve as the critical bridge between our innovative safety platform and the construction teams who depend on it every day. This role sits at the heart of our Operations pillar, ensuring that autoLOTO doesn't just exist as great software—it becomes an indispensable part of our clients' safety and operational workflows.

You'll work directly with Project Management teams and contractors in data center construction and operational environments, translating complex electrical safety requirements into practical, day-to-day implementation. This is a rare opportunity to be the face of a company that's actively saving lives while helping some of the most sophisticated construction projects in the world run more safely and efficiently.

This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of technical knowledge, client relationships, and hands-on problem solving. You'll travel to job sites, conduct training sessions, troubleshoot challenges in real-time, and ensure that every client successfully integrates our platform into their critical safety processes. Your work will directly impact whether workers go home safely at the end of each day.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients' Project Management teams and contractors to deliver equipment management and electrical safety software to construction and operational environments
  • Conduct remote training sessions and coordinate on-site visits to ensure successful implementation of autoLOTO across all client projects
  • Oversee the installation, training, and implementation of electrical safety software that determines Lockout/Tagout isolation points in data center construction environments in accordance with NFPA 70E
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering challenging questions on the spot and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Coordinate schedules across multiple clients and trade partners to ensure seamless software adoption and ongoing support
  • Provide thoughtful, considerate solutions to clients' everyday needs on construction sites
  • Travel to client sites (up to 50% some months) to provide hands-on support and training
  • Act as an effective face of the company, representing autoLOTO's values and commitment to safety excellence
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Strong client management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions in dynamic environments
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to balance travel requirements with remote work
  • Professional demeanor and confidence representing the company to clients at all levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (some months), with commitment to maintaining work/life balance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.

Highly Valued Experience

  • Military experience (veteran-friendly workplace)
  • Background in electrical contracting in an industrial or construction setting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with data center construction or operations
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role in construction, industrial, or technology sectors
  • Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
  • Experience with training delivery and adult learning principles
  • Project management or coordination experience

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000/year based on experience
  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Modern, lightweight work processes without unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on workplace safety technology
  • Veteran-friendly workplace culture

If you're excited about being on the front lines of innovative safety technology, building meaningful client relationships, protecting lives, and working with a team dedicated to making workplaces safer and more efficient, we'd love to hear from you.
