Our client is seeking a
Business Applications Analyst
to support critical financial, HR, and operational platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business operations, serving as a key escalation point for complex system issues while also contributing to reporting, enhancements, and system improvements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong analyst background, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary support resource for enterprise financial, HR, and related business applications, handling advanced issues and user inquiries.
• Build and deliver custom reports, queries, and data extracts to support operational and management needs.
• Partner with internal IT teams, vendors, and consultants to implement system improvements, upgrades, and fixes.
• Act as an escalation point for higher-level application support issues originating from the Help Desk.
• Evaluate business processes and system workflows, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and usability.
• Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades, coordinating timing and communication with impacted teams.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and support materials.
