Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when required
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or culinary tasks is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities within the kitchen environment
• Prior experience in banquet service or hotel settings is advantageous but not required
