Job Summary
Anchor Electric is seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting both customers and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude

  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assist with collections and follow-up communication

  • Support office staff with various assigned tasks

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
