Maintenance Technician – Full Time

We're Hiring
A well-established multifamily property is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with pool maintenance experience and preferably a background in multifamily apartment maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong benefits package.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience
• MUST pass a drug screening
• Able to lift 20+ pounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC certification or general HVAC knowledge
• General trade skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Repairing plumbing and electrical issues
• Drywall patching and interior painting
• General appliance and property maintenance
• Maintaining curb appeal and exterior cleanliness
• Pool upkeep and chemical balancing (CPO certification a plus)
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
