Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

Compensation: $15–$16 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

Balanced Weight Loss Centers is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven
Front Desk Receptionist
to join our growing team. This role goes far beyond traditional reception duties, it is a
sales-forward, patient-facing position
that plays a critical role in driving clinic growth.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable discussing treatment options, and excited about helping patients take the first step toward improving their health.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone
• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct initial patient consultations and educate patients on treatment options
• Sell programs and services confidently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic software
• Follow up with leads and prospective patients to convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily clinic operations

Sale Focused Expectations

• Comfortable selling services over the phone and in person
• Ability to overcome objections and clearly communicate value
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Meet or exceed individual and clinic sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, medical reception, wellness, aesthetics, or fitness preferred
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
• Confident, outgoing, and personable with the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Very Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Passion for health, wellness, weight loss, or hormone optimization is a plus
