Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Headhunter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to identify and engage top-tier talent. As a headhunter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in executive and senior-level roles. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring Manager Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements
  • Consult with hiring managers to define and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Provide market insights and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition trends

Talent Sourcing:

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates using various methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the facility/location
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs

Candidate Management:

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed candidate profiles and insights
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparation, and feedback collection

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain a network of industry professionals, staying updated on trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance industry knowledge and expand your network

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Hiring Managers interactions, candidate submissions, and recruitment activities in the company's database
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, hiring managers satisfaction, and market insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience as a headhunter or executive recruiter, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in senior roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with the hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and social media platforms for sourcing and managing candidates
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing and managing internship programs to develop strong pipelines and build our brand
  • Willingness to work long hours
  • Must have Experience with College Recruitment 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting in the Food, Hospitality, or Facilities
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Work involves repetitive motions and sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
  • General office environment, some travel both domestically and internationally required based on business demands
  • Must be able to lift at least fifty pounds

The annual salary range for this position is $ per year - $ per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
