Our purpose is to install high-quality windows, doors, siding, roofing, and deck solutions that enhance the beauty of homes and maximize investment. Role Description
(Priority will be given to candidates with ProVia Door & Window experience.)

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at ClearView Window & Door Company. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including sales appointments to meet with customers in their homes (or our showroom) to discuss product options, some prospecting and independent lead generation, writing up detailed estimates for custom installation, follow up calls, CRM input, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and accurately writing up contracts and other legal documents, providing pipeline updates and lead status, and building long-term relationships with customers. Compensation is paid by guaranteed draw against commission. This is a W2 role with a 60-day initial evaluation period before becoming a permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 5-years experience in sales and customer relationship and management
• Knowledge of windows, doors, and exterior home products.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Marketsharp a plus), MS Word and Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid MHIC Salesperson license
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus (ProVia a plus)
