We are seeking a motivated RV Service Technician Apprentice to join our service team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning mechanical and electrical skills, and working with recreational vehicles. The apprentice will work alongside experienced RV technicians and receive on-the-job training in RV repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.

• Learn to service RV systems including:
  • Electrical (12V & 120V)
     
  • Plumbing and water systems
     
  • Propane systems
     
  • HVAC (air conditioning and heating)
     
  • Appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.)
     
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as:
  • Cleaning and sealing roofs
     
  • Replacing lights, outlets, and fuses
     
  • Checking tires, batteries, and fluid levels
     
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
   
• Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
   
• Keep work areas clean and organized
   
• Document work performed under supervision
   
• Provide courteous service to customers when needed

• No prior RV experience required  
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning a trade  
• Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred  
• Willingness to learn electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems  
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team  
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude  
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions  

• High school diploma or GED  
• Trade school or automotive experience  
• Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge  
• Valid driver's license
