Job Title: Warehouse Associate, Full-Time (Hourly)

Job Overview:

As members of the R&S Logistics Team, Warehouse Associates are responsible for warehouse operations, improvements, and safe practices. The position of Warehouse Associate is versatile, demanding, and rewarding. R&S Logistics Warehouse Associates perform their duties with accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence that helps ensure customer satisfaction. 
The Customer Order Warehouse Associate interacts daily with customers and delivery drivers, representing R&S Logistics with courtesy and professionalism. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

R&S Logistics Warehouse Associates have a variety of responsibilities and duties, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment

- Operating a Forklift

- Actively Participates in Ongoing Training Programs with Satisfactory Results

- Verifying Shipments & Receipts

- Picking Customer Orders

- Repacking Customer Projects

- Loading & Unloading Product from Trailers

- Labeling Product with Inventory Tags

- Verifying & Scanning Inventory

- Assisting in Warehouse Layout & Location Markings

- Reporting Damaged or Otherwise Unsafe Equipment to Supervisor

- Assisting in the Building of Pallet Racking

- Assisting in Warehouse Maintenance & Improvements

- Adhering to all Industry-Specific and Site-Specific Safety Requirements

- Accurately Reporting Time Worked, Including Clock-In/Clock-Out Procedures

- Adhering to R&S Logistics' Employee Handbook

Fundamental Job Requirements:

R&S Logistics Warehouse Associates perform the following tasks, with or without accommodations:

- Standing, Walking, & Sitting for Prolonged Periods

- Repeated Loading of Bulky and/or Heavy Material of Up To 70 Pounds

- Working in Seasonally Hot/Cold Warehouse Environment

- Bending, Squatting, and Reaching

- Basic Computer Data Entry and Keyboarding, including handheld scanning devices
